Annual Report 2024
As we kick off a new fiscal year, we’re taking this opportunity to reflect on some of OFN Canada’s achievements and projects in 2024. Through meaningful partnerships, diverse initiatives, and our ongoing commitment to the farms, producers and community food enterprises on the OFN platform, we’ve made significant progress toward our mission of building stronger, more resilient food systems.
We saw our inspiring videography series Women Leading Change come to a successful close. We built connections and expanded local food awareness with the Waterloo Local Food Directory. We helped women and gender diverse farmers succeed in the promising specialty cut flower sector through the Open Flower Network. And behind the scenes, we collaborated on multiple initiatives and partnerships working to to build an open source agricultural technology ecosystem that puts producers and their communities at the center of innovation.
To explore these projects and other highlights of the year, we invite you to read our short and sweet Annual Report.
Looking ahead, we are excited about our ongoing multi-year projects and the new opportunities 2025 will bring. We’re deeply grateful for the support of our funders, partners, and community members. Thank you for being part of this journey—every connection we make brings us closer to a stronger, more sustainable food system.
